(Radio Pakistan): Dr. Nadeem Jan, the acting Federal Health Minister, has committed to make all necessary arrangements and use all possible means to completely eliminate Pakistan of the debilitating polio virus by the end of 2023.
In an interview with a news outlet, he stated that the national aim of having a Pakistan free of polio is now within reach.
He said that the interim administration is doing all possible to eradicate the polio virus from the nation and that these efforts will be successful.
The minister also urged the federal, provincial, and district governments to address the problems associated with frequently missing children and to uplift the public by making them aware of the seriousness of the matter.
