APP: A captivating photo exhibition featuring stamps that showcase China’s magnificent natural landscapes and environments has opened in Ulan Bator, the capital of Mongolia.
The exhibition, titled “Beautiful China in Postage Stamps,” is being held at the Chinese Cultural Center in Ulan Bator and is divided into five distinct sections. It encompasses a total of 71 sets of stamps, each focusing on various aspects of China’s natural beauty, including Animals and Plants in the Wild, Water Resources, China’s World Heritage sites, Ecological Conservation, Greening efforts, and Natural Reserves.
During the inaugural ceremony, Li Zhi, the Director of the Chinese Cultural Center in Ulan Bator, emphasized, “Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the country has issued thousands of sets of stamps, many of which vividly reflect the nation’s rich natural and ecological environment. The artistry of these stamps beautifully mirrors the Chinese concept of ecological civilization and the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature.”
The exhibition is the result of a collaborative effort between the China International Cultural Exchange Center and the Chinese Cultural Center in Ulan Bator. Additionally, five experts from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences were invited to deliver lectures at the center, shedding light on various aspects of China’s modernization and the development of Tibet (Xizang).
