China’s Chairman of the China International Development Cooperation Agency (CIDCA), Luo Zhaohui, expressed China’s commitment to collaborating with Pakistan to implement agreements reached by the leaders of both nations. During his recent visit to Pakistan, he met with various individuals from different sectors and emphasized the importance of their continued support and input for enhancing bilateral relations.
Luo Zhaohui met separately with notable figures, including Chaudhry Salik Hussain, Waqar Ahmed Khan, Akram Sheikh, Naghmana Alamgir Hashmi, Moin ul Haque, and Ali M Khar, at the Chinese embassy in Pakistan. He expressed gratitude for their longstanding contributions to China-Pakistan cooperation and highlighted the growing strategic significance of deepening collaboration between the two countries.
Both sides reiterated condolences for the recent attack on the Dasu Hydropower Project, expressing solidarity and emphasizing the enduring friendship between Pakistan and China. Pakistan reaffirmed its commitment to supporting bilateral relations and enhancing exchanges in various sectors, including governance, business, academia, and civil society.
Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zaidong, Counselor Shi Yuanqiang, as well as officials from CIDCA, also participated in the meetings, underscoring China’s strong support for fostering closer ties with Pakistan across multiple fronts.
