Mahmoud requests a peace conference to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has requested that the UN call a global peace summit to end the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.
He also asked the UN General Assembly’s 78th session to put resolutions into action to safeguard the Palestinian people from the ongoing assault of the Israeli occupation army and terrorist settlers.
While a peaceful protest was taking place in Gaza, Israeli armed forces killed two Palestinians and injured five more.
