(Independent): A rare all-white giant albino panda, believed to be the first ever recorded, has been sighted in the southwestern region of China. CCTV footage captured this exceptional panda strolling in the snow within a Nature Reserve located in Sichuan province.
Estimates suggest that the panda is approximately 5 years old, and it is one of the 150 giant pandas residing in the Reserve. A researcher at the Peking University’s School of Life Sciences has stated that this marks the first-ever recorded sighting of an albino panda in the wild.
