Lahore : The 15-member Pakistan women’s cricket team for the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier has been announced, with Fatima Sana leading the squad.
Opener Shawal Zulfiqar makes a comeback to international cricket after 16 months, while Muniba Ali has been named vice-captain.
Other key players in the squad include Alia Riaz, Diana Baig, Gul Feroza, and Nashra Sindhu.
The team also features Natalia Pervez, Umaima Sohail, Ramin Shamim, Sadia Iqbal, and Sidra Amin, along with Sidra Nawaz, Syeda Aroob Shah, and Najihah Alvi.
Ghulam Fatima, Waheeda Akhtar, and Um Hani have been named as reserve players.
