Pakistan Students Olympic Association Celebrates 14th August 2024 with Thrilling Games

Over 150 boys and girls participate in mega events, showcasing their skills in various sports disciplines

Karachi : – The Pakistan Students Olympic Association (PSOA) celebrated the 78th Independence Day of Pakistan with great enthusiasm and zeal by organizing the Students Games at the Mini Sports Complex in Nazimabad.

The event featured a wide range of sports disciplines, including Basketball, Futsal, Rope Skipping, Throwball, Taekwondo, Marshal Art, and Karate, catering to boys and girls in the U-10 to U-17 age categories. A total of 150 talented young athletes participated in the mega event, displaying their skills and competing with each other in a spirit of friendly competition.

The occasion was graced by esteemed guests, including:

Maqbool Arain, President, Pakistan Students Olympic Association, Shariq Siddiqui, Secretary, Pakistan Jump Rope & Rope Skipping Federation, Raja Naveed, Arshad Khan, Akhter, Ahmed Khan, Saleem Uddin Babar, M Awais, Jamal Uddin, Yousuf and guest.

The event aimed to promote sports among students, foster a sense of camaraderie, and identify young talent to represent Pakistan at national and international levels. The PSOA remains committed to developing and nurturing the sporting spirit among Pakistani youth.
