Gaza : Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas has said administrative control of the Gaza Strip must be transferred to the legitimate Palestinian authorities.
In an interview, he suggested that Gaza must be governed under the auspices of the Palestine Liberation Organization and a genuine Palestinian government.
He rejected Israeli plans for temporary control of the enclave.
