Passenger relieved as airport management returns bag with valuables worth PKR 4.5 million

Karachi :  Upon his arrival in Islamabad, Jumma Khan, a passenger returning from Spain, accidentally left his baggage unattended at the scanning machine. The bag contained 18 tola gold worth PKR 4,544,100/- and other items valued around PKR 100,000. The Duty Facilitation Officer (DFO-arrival) found the bag and promptly deposited it in CAA Lost & Found office. After contacting the airport management, the bag was handed over to the passenger in the Airport Manager’s office after necessary checks. The visibly relieved passenger expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional service and dedication in recovering and returning his lost baggage to him. Losing track of baggage was a stressful experience, but the prompt response and thorough actions taken by your team provided immense relief, said the passenger.
