During the 10th emergency special session of the United Nations General Assembly, Qatar reaffirmed its call for the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) to endorse the full membership of the State of Palestine within the UN. Sheikha Alya Ahmed bin Saif Al Thani, Qatar’s Permanent Representative to the UN, passionately delivered the statement, expressing Qatar’s unwavering support for the Palestinian people and their quest for recognition and justice.
