Russia : 16-18 November, 2023, Russia will host a global cultural event – the IX Saint Petersburg International Cultural Forum – “United Cultures Forum”.
The organizers of the Forum are the Government of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Government of Saint Petersburg.
As part of the three-day Forum, leading cultural figures and representatives of the authorities will exchange ideas, discuss trends and topical issues of enhancing the modern cultural environment.
