Today, Faisal Amin Khan, a recently elected member of the National Assembly, took the oath of office.
The oath was given by Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah.
In response to a Calling Attention Notice submitted by Dr. Nafisa Shah and associates, Minister of Communication Abdul Aleem Khan announced that this month will see the beginning of repairs on the historic National Highway.
He stated that under the annual repair program, 500 million rupees have been approved in this regard.
The Minister stated that December of this year is the timeframe for finishing the repairs.
The House will now convene in the afternoon on Monday.
