Flagship projects include a civilian aid fund of \u20ac200 million aimed at projects supporting critical infrastructure. The Agence Fran\u00e7aise de D\u00e9veloppement (AFD) now has a mandate and can work in Ukraine, to finance and support reconstruction projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>France continues its determined fight against impunity in order to do victims justice. It is taking part in work on a special tribunal for the crime of aggression against Ukraine that Kyiv launched in 2022. France will continue to support the essential work of the International Criminal Court to ensure the perpetrators of international law violations are held to account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lastly, France is also at work alongside its European partners and within international organizations. The European Union and its international partners have adopted several sanctions packages against Russia and Belarus.
