Held from February 10 to 21, 2025, this two-week program focused on leadership, ethics, communication, and advanced technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program was divided into two phases: the first covered core skills in leadership, communication, and AI, while the second provided specialized training based on professional cadres\u2014Technical, IT, Finance, and General Administration.
