During his visit, he was warmly welcomed by Dr. Bilal Karim, Director PRR, and Mr. Khursheed Ahmed, Deputy Director Admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recognition of his literary contributions, Dr. Bilal Karim presented Mr. Sarfaraz Baig with a book as a token of appreciation.
