It is a key component of Pakistan\u2019s operationalization of Full Spectrum Deterrence within the framework of Credible Minimum Deterrence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The launch of the test flight was observed by Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza, along with senior officials from the Strategic Plans Division and Strategic Forces Command, as well as scientists and engineers from various strategic organizations.
