commenced at Pakistan Institute of Parliamentary Services (PIPS), under the auspices of the Women\u2019s Parliamentary Caucus (WPC) of the National Assembly of Pakistan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Welcome Remarks were delivered by Mr. Muhammad Rashid Mafzool Zaka, Executive Director (PIPS) and Secretary WPC Dr. Shahida Rehmani extended a warm welcome to the honourable delegates from Maldives &amp;
