Islamabad  :- Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb has said the country has made significant progress on the economic front over the past year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Addressing  Pakistan Mortgage Refinance Company conference, he highlighted the stability of the currency and increase in foreign exchange reserves. He noted that foreign exchange reserves now cover two and a half months of imports. Additionally, inflation has decreased to 4.9 percent.<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

The Finance Minister also assured full support for the private sector in the development of the housing sector. He emphasized that housing is a critical pillar of inclusiveness and stressed the need to simplify procedures for house financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
