The briefing session led by the Foreign Secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dr. Jehanzeb Khan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Government Effectiveness, delivered an extensive presentation to brief the diplomatic corps about the establishment and various facets of the Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, he (Dr. Jehanzeb Khan) emphasized investment prospects in Pakistan across four pivotal sectors: Information Technology, Energy, Agriculture and Mining.
