The initiative was taken by Prof. Dr Zahid Hussain Khand, Vice Chancellor, Aror University, Sukkur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The universities agreed to facilitate exchange programs among faculty and students, and ensure participation in seminars, training, conferences, workshops, and symposiums organized by the four signatories.
